It’s Here collects the account and workspace information you provide, such as your name, email address, workspace name, and encrypted password credentials. The platform also records link visits, QR scans, security events, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide private workspaces, authenticate accounts, deliver account email, measure link activity, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the platform.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Email verification and password-reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Security rate limits use a protected hash of the requesting network address. Records are retained as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve abuse or security concerns.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold. Information may be processed by hosting and email providers needed to run the service, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people and systems.

Your choices

You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information through the support address published in the platform. Some security or legal records may need to be retained.
